Delivery and Returns
At Absolute Collagen, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service. If, however, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
You may cancel your upcoming subscription orders via our website, phone, email or via Facebook messenger.
Please note, we are unable to cancel orders after 7am on the day scheduled for dispatch. This is because once our warehouse team has processed your order we are unable to retrieve it. As a reminder, we send out an email 3 days before each subscription renewal is due. Cancellation of orders or subscriptions must be cancelled by 7am the day order is due to be raised in order to be removed from the shipment area.
As Absolute Collagen is an ingestible supplement we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our collagen and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control.
We are, of course, able to accept returns if we have processed your order in error - or if we have failed to action your request (provided it was before 7am on your upcoming order date). In this instance, please get in touch via the contact page.
Complaints will be dealt with within 3 working days. Please submit complaints via the contact form on our contact page.
Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17:00 (excluding bank holidays)
Outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will call you back during opening hours.
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail using a 24-hour service or DPD for larger orders. Royal Mail promises a 95% likelihood of next-day delivery but on occasion, it can take up to 5 working days.
Any orders received on Friday after 4pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, for some international countries there is a maximum order quantity of 8 boxes per order.
