Absolute Collagen Black Friday T&Cs

Customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the promotion. To the extent that these terms and conditions conflict with our full terms and conditions (linked below) these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

Our Black Friday promotion will start on Thursday 25th November 2021 at 10:00am (GMT), and will end on Monday 29th November 2021 at 11:59pm (GMT) (the Black Friday Promotional Period).

Subject to the terms below, during the Black Friday Promotional Period, new subscribers of our “Absolute Collagen Marine Liquid Collagen Drink” will be eligible to claim one half-price 30ml bottle of “Absolute Collagen Booster Serum With Hyaluronic Acid” (Discounted Serum) by entering a code at check-out and existing subscribers of our “Absolute Collagen Marine Liquid Collagen Drink” will be eligible to claim one free 30ml bottle of “Absolute Collagen Booster Serum With Hyaluronic Acid” (Free Serum) by filling in a questionnaire (together the Offer).

How to claim - new subscribers

In order to claim your bottle of Discounted Serum, new subscribers must add to their shopping cart a 14 or 28 day subscription of our "Absolute Collagen Marine Liquid Collagen Drink" and a "Collagen Booster Serum With Hyaluronic Acid" and then enter the code [BLACKFRIDAY21] (the Code) at check-out. The balance of the Discounted Serum will be added to their cart at check-out once the Code has been entered.

Please note:

Each new subscriber is eligible to claim only one bottle of Discounted Serum.
This Offer is available strictly whilst stocks last.
Stock is limited to 50 bottles of Discounted Serum during the Black Friday Promotional Period for new subscribers.
The Offer cannot be claimed after an order has been completed and placed.
If for any reason any new subscriber is unable to enter the Code at check-out, despite their cart being eligible and stock having not yet been depleted (for example, if a new subscriber experiences technical difficulties with our website), and proceeds with their order regardless, Absolute Collagen is not obligated to apply the Offer after the order has been placed.
The Code cannot be used once the Black Friday Promotional Period has expired.

How to claim - existing subscribers

In order to claim a bottle of Free Serum, existing subscribers must complete and return the questionnaire sent to them by Absolute Collagen via email. The questionnaire will request confirmation of the email address connected with the existing subscriber’s Absolute Collagen subscription, together with the mobile phone number and Date of Birth of the existing subscriber (the Questionnaire) which will then be used to identify the account with Absolute Collagen. Provided that the account is successfully verified and stock is still available, a bottle of Free Serum will be added to a future delivery of their subscription by not later than 7th January 2022.

Please note:

In order to be eligible for the Offer, existing subscribers must have an existing active subscription which was taken out before the beginning of and is still subsisting during the Black Friday Promotional Period.
The Questionnaire must be successfully submitted once fully completed, during the Black Friday Promotional Period, by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button. Any existing Absolute Collagen account connected with any Questionnaire received after the Black Friday Promotional Period has ended will not be eligible to receive a bottle of Free Serum.
Each existing subscriber is eligible to claim only one bottle of Free Serum.
This Offer is available strictly whilst stocks last.

Absolute Collagen is not obligated to apply the Offer where existing subscribers:

experience technical issues when submitting the Questionnaire such that it arrives after the Black Friday Promotional Period has ended; or
provide incorrect information in the Questionnaire.
